Brave Earth Costa Rica Retreat

October 8-14 2021

A Living Laboratory for Regeneration
Brave Earth (Tierra Valiente) is a burgeoning community, regenerative farm, and healing arts center based in northern Costa Rica. Here amidst the jungle, thermal pools and cloud forest, we can explore new and ancient ways of living.
In the mystical mountains of Costa Rica, you will discover a container set for deep transformation. We invite you to let go and allow a sense of awe and inspiration wash over you. It is here that you will be guided on a beautiful journey immersed in medicine, breath work, music, movement, nature activities, and spiritual exploration.

Tracy Hawse

Tracy is a Nurse Practitioner, Kambo Practitioner, and Vedic Master, she been in western medicine for over 20 years and over 15 years studying consciousness and human behavior. She has also spent many years learning to understand the body and how it works with our consciousness. She was first attuned to this after she started to have health problems and was studying under a practitioner who was teaching her how to listen to her inner wisdom and muscle test the messages she was getting. At one time she was unable to hear the words, it was like static from a transistor radio. Then her teacher had her take a supplement and 20 minutes later it was like the transistor radio tuned in to the right channel and no more static. This was her first clue that our nutritional status plays a role in our connection with spirit and our intuitive abilities. Since then she has dedicated much of her life to understand this more along with the importance of detoxification . Our nutritional status, health and overall well-being is directly connected to how our brains function and how well we are able to connect to spirit and manifest the life…lives we desire.

Tracy blends a variety of modalities including Ayurveda, functional medicine, nutrition, traditional medicine, Kambo, plant medicine, EFT, sand tray therapy, reiki and behavioral modifications to help you come back into balance. Homeostasis is balance, balance is perfect health, and perfect health is bliss. Using these modalities with her keen intuition she helps you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Our body is one of our greatest tools when we learn to listen.
