THE EVENING
Join Carrie & Kendyl on an eve of movement, breathwork, journeywork and sacred sound immersion under the stars...
We begin with a 30 minute Yoga flow led by Kendyl & open the body/energy channels for breath & sound activation.
Pause to salute the setting sun and set intention for the Journey. 🌅 Each participant will receive a Offering Bundle of gathered Tobacco & Herbs from the farm to infuse w intention & gratitude. Bring your journal!🌿
Breathwork Journey w Carrie begins. With conscious connected breath we amplify life force flow, revitalizing the body naturally where needed and allowing stored energy/emotion to move express. This process allows access to expanded states of consciousness & connection.🌬️
From activation we down-regulate with restorative gentle breathwork, somatic relaxation into a blissful receptive space for a guided Drum Journey Meditation 🪶
Now we land in a full Alchemy Sound Bath 🎵 under the stars. 🌌 Kendyl will share a symphony of vibration and frequency with crystal sound bowls, gong, harmonium, etheric chimes, and Hawaiian Slack Key guitar.
**Carrie & Kendyl will be assisting the entire journey with Reiki (energywork), light touch, vibration of bowls & tuning fork, and aromatherapy (all optional).
Closing with stargazing integration & sharing (optional)
