Kambo Ceremony

How to prepare: FASTING: NO food but you can and should drink small amounts of water or tea to hydrate - but not too much - for at least 8 hours before ceremony. Eat well and healthy the day prior and be sure to HYDRATE WELL - and again after Kambo. Kambo LOVES food...HEALTHY FOOD and hydration after ceremony and the days leading up to ceremony! You should not fast days prior - only the 8 hours please for optimal results. 

Refrain from taking supplements/ medications on the morning of session. If this is a concern, please contact us.

It is best to abstain from alcohol 24 – 48 hours prior to ceremony, depending on amount consumed. If possible...please refrain from alcohol 3 days after. This Is not because of danger... but alcohol can make for an uncomfortable treatment and this helps show respect for the medicine...and give the Kambo the space needed to do it's best work afterwards.

Please bring a gallon of water to ceremony and dress comfy:)  - and maybe a blanket - we have some - but extras are always great!

No not wear contacts if possible! Glasses are great:) ..as we will use Sananga!

In case of a Chakra treatment - women may wish to wear a sports bra or bring something similar!
